Sea Eagles: Tolu Koula is set to line up in the centres after the Sea Eagles were granted an exemption following last week's head knock in the State of Origin opener. Fellow NSW talent Haumole Olakau'atu is also on track to return to the side after being rested last weekend. No changes in Wednesday's 24-hour update, with Blake Wilson remaining in the extended squad.

Rabbitohs: Representative forwards Brandon Smith (calf) and David Fifita (hamstring) are set to make their returns, while centre Campbell Graham is also on track to come back from a calf injury. Tallis Duncan is set to return to the back row after spending time in the centres, with Keaon Koloamatangi shifting to the front row. Jye Gray has been named at fullback, with Matt Dufty on the six-man bench, but they could trade places on game day as they did in Round 12. One minor change in Wednesday's team update, 19th man Liam Le Blanc dropping out of the squad and Moala Graham-Taufa coming into the six-man bench. Bronson Garlick remains in the reserves.

Storm: Back-rower Shawn Blore remains in the reserves and could be a late inclusion as he looks to make his return from a concussion. Should Blore come into the side then young gun Cooper Clarke would likely slide to the bench. Manaia Watere will take on a greater role on Friday night, coming into the starting side in place of the injured Nick Meaney, who is gone for 4-6 weeks with a calf strain.

Knights: Fletcher Sharpe is set to return to the halves to account for the loss of Sandon Smith to a calf injury. After starting the year at five-eighth, Sharpe has spent the last couple of weeks at centre. Fletcher Hunt will fill the void in the centres.

Raiders: Utility Daine Laurie is set to line up in the centres after Seb Kris was placed in the concussion protocol. Laurie started at lock last week, in another sign of his versatility. Jayden Brailey is on track to start at lock in his return from a concussion while Joe Roddy is set to come off the bench in his comeback from a hand injury.

Roosters: Star winger Mark Nawaqanitawase is pushing to return from an ankle injury and remains in the extended squad for Friday night's game. Cody Ramsey and Billy Smith are currently listed as the wingers, with one likely to drop out if Nawaqanitawase comes into the starting side. No other late changes expected as Trent Robinson's men look to rebound from last week's loss to Melbourne.

Gehamat Shibasaki (knee) is also unavailable, Grant Anderson to take his place in the centres.

Titans: No late changes expected for the Titans, with Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Jojo Fifita back on deck from Origin duties. Fifita has scored seven tries in his last three games against Brisbane and will be looking to find the stripe with his side struggling to score points in recent weeks.

Starford To'a is the man most likely to replace Makasini if he drops out. The loss of Sione Fainu (concussion) will see Mavrik Geyer come in for his second game of the season, while lock Charlie Murray is set for his first outing of the year.

Panthers: Origin trio Nathan Cleary, Isaah Yeo and Brian To'o are all set to return after being rested last weekend. Jack Cogger, Liam Henry and Izack Tago will shift to the bench while Paul Alamoti moves to centre to accommodate the return of To'o. Utility Jack Cole has also been added to the six-man bench, providing more flexibility for Ivan Cleary.

Sharks: Outside backs KL Iro and Sione Katoa are pushing to return against the Dragons and remain in the extended squad. Iro missed last week's win due to a laceration, while Katoa has battled an ankle injury and hasn't played since Round 6. The form of Ronaldo Mulitalo and Sam Stonestreet will likely see Katoa make his return via NSW Cup. Briton Nikora is also back on deck after coach Craig Fitzgibbon rested the Maroons star last week, with Billy Burns shifting to the interchange. Jayden Berrell is set to start at hooker in place of injured co-captain Blayke Brailey (arm).

Dragons: Representative forward Jaydn Su'A remains an outside chance of making an early return from a calf injury and has been listed in the extended squad. Clint Gutherson is also pushing to line up on Sunday afternoon despite suffering a calf injury in last week's win over Brisbane. Tyrell Sloan will come into the side at fullback if Gutherson is ruled out.

Bulldogs: Connor Tracey is in the mix to make his return from a hamstring injury and remains in the extended squad for Monday's game. The additional day of rest will work in the fullback's favour. Jacob Kiraz will likely shift from fullback to the wing if Tracey returns. Captain Stephen Crichton continues to navigate a shoulder injury that has lingered since Easter and may yet be a late withdrawal, meaning Enari Tuala could move from wing back to centre.

Eels: Joash Papalii and Ronald Volkman are set to combine in the halves after Mitchell Moses fell short in his bid to recover from a hamstring injury. Tallyn Da Silva has been named at hooker but could swap places with Harrison Edwards, as was the case last week.
