The NSWRL is pleased to announce the following players have been selected to represent the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women for the Under 19s Women’s State of Origin match at North Sydney Oval on Thursday 18 June.
The 20-player squad includes seven players from the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women’s team that defeated Queensland last year – Logan Fletcher (Sydney Roosters), Khyliah Gray (Parramatta Eels), Liesl Hopoate (Sydney Roosters), Ava Jones (Parramatta Eels), Tori Shipton (Illawarra Steelers), Fontayne Tufuga (Parramatta Eels) and Ella Walker (Penrith Panthers).
The squad has been chosen from players from the NRLW, NSW Women’s Premiership and Westpac Tarsha Gale Cup (Under 19s Women).
The Westpac NSW Under 19s Women are the current Shield holders after winning the Under 19s Women’s State of Origin for the past two years.
