The Bulldogs have rated Jacob Preston a 50-50 chance of returning from a broken arm as they chase a third-straight victory on Friday night.

The back-rower is one of multiple big names in the mix to return for Beanie for Brain Cancer Round, with a host of Origin stars back on deck for their respective clubs.

Eels: Mitchell Moses is on track for his first game for the Eels since Round 11 after overcoming a hamstring injury. The playmaker will play his 250th match in the NRL. Moses' return will see Ronald Volkman switch to five-eighth. Jonah Pezet is also back healthy but he will make his return from a hamstring injury in NSW Cup.

Rabbitohs: The loss of Latrell Mitchell to a calf injury will see Latrell Siegwalt line up in the centres, with Tallis Duncan also filling in with Campbell Graham still sidelined. NSW Under 19 centre Dayne Jennings is in the mix for an NRL debut after being named on the six-man bench.

The utility is preparing for his first NRL match since breaking his jaw in Round 6. Brisbane have received a boost with the return of Origin stars Reece Walsh, Kotoni Staggs and Payne Haas.

Roosters: A broken nose won't impact James Tedesco's ability to start at fullback for his 200th match as a Rooster. Hugo Savala is also back in the centres after progressing through the concussion protocols and is on track to take his place in the team. The centre's return will see Billy Smith shift back to the wing and Tommy Talau drop out.

Dolphins: Halfback Isaiya Katoa is on track to make his return from a knee injury however Tom Gilbert has been ruled out due to a throat injury suffered last Saturday. Maroons quartet Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, Max Plath, Tom Flegler and Selwyn Cobbo will also return after being handed a rest last weekend.

Warriors: Hooker Sam Healey is on track to make his return from a thumb injury via the six-man interchange, however Andrew Webster has been dealt a blow after scans confirmed Jackson Ford has suffered a long-term pectoral injury. The workhorse will be replaced by Tanner Stowers-Smith in the starting side. The Warriors have won five from seven in Australia this year, including a thumping victory over the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium during Magic Round.

Cowboys: Lock Jason Taumalolo is set to start at prop for his 300th game in the NRL after coming off the bench last week. Young playmaker Liam Sutton could add to his four NRL appearances after coming on to the six-man bench. Halfback Tom Dearden remains at least another week away from returning from an ankle injury suffered in Round 10.

Raiders: Simi Sasagi is on track to return from a calf injury and comes straight into the centres, with Seb Kris shifting to the interchange. Emerging fullback Chevy Stewart has been named on the six-man bench and could provide attacking X-factor as the Raiders look to kick-start their season.

Dragons: Moses Suli remains sidelined for a second-straight week after going down in the warmup last Friday night. That will see Tyrell Sloan remain on the wing and Mat Feagai at centre in an unchanged starting side. Versatile centre/back-rower Nick Tsougranis has come on to the six-man bench alongside promising forward Jacob Halangahu.

Knights: Origin duo Kalyn Ponga and Dylan Lucas are on track to return for the final game of Beanie for Brain Cancer Round, with Fletcher Sharpe shifting to five-eighth and Sandon Smith set to come off the bench. Edge forward Jermaine McEwen is also back on deck following a one-game suspension and comes straight back into the starting side.

Wests Tigers: Halfback Adam Doueihi is on track to take his place in the starting side after recovering from a shoulder injury, with lock Alex Twal also pushing to return from a knee injury. Alex Seyfarth will return to the starting side if Twal falls short. Patrick Herbert has also been ruled out after dislocating his shoulder with Starford To'a shifting to centre and Jeral Skelton named on the wing.
