Sharks: Hooker Quincy Dodd will captain the side with centre Tiana Penitani Gray unavailable as she recovers from a knee injury suffered during the State of Origin series. Rhiannon Byers will line up in the centres in her place, with Annessa Biddle the other centre. Jada Taylor starts at fullback, while Georgia Hannaway and Chantay Kiria-Ratu combine in the halves. Powerhouse props Ellie Johnston and Caitlan Johnston-Green will start in the front row, while new recruits China Polata and Tegan Dymock have been named in the back row. Former rugby sevens star Madison Ashby will make her NRLW debut off the interchange. 

Knights: New recruit Kirra Dibb will line up at five-eighth in her return to Newcastle after three years at the Cowboys. Dibb will partner halfback Georgia Roche in the halves. Experienced fullback Botille Vette-Welsh has been listed in the reserves, with coach Ben Jeffries naming young gun Lilly-Ann White in the No.1 jumper. Rugby sevens recruit Sidney Taylor has been named in the centres, while NSW stars Yasmin Meakes and Olivia Higgins will line up in the back-row and at hooker, respectively.

Titans: Rugby sevens star Teagan Levi will make her highly-anticipated NRLW debut at five-eighth alongside experienced halfback Lauren Brown. Destiny Mino-Sinopati will line up at fullback, while Phoenix-Raine Hippi is looking to build on a stunning debut season in 2025 and shifts to the centres. Jaime Chapman is the other centre, with Evania Isa’ako named on the wing for her first match since becoming a mother last September. Captain Georgia Hale will line up at hooker, with Jillaroos prop Jess Elliston in the front row. Off-season recruit Indie Bostock has been named in the reserves.

Roosters: Star playmaker Tarryn Aiken has been named to make her return from an ACL injury suffered in Round 11 last season. The halfback will partner NSW five-eighth Jocelyn Kelleher in the halves. Millie Elliott is also back on deck after missing the 2025 campaign to have a baby and making a successful return to the field during the Origin series. Corban Baxter will line up at fullback, with Isabelle Kelly and Jess Sergis in the centres, Keeley Nizza (nee Davis) at hooker and Olivia Kernick at lock. Rugby sevens convert Sariah Paki has been named in the back row.

Warriors: The Warriors have recruited heavily in the off-season, with former Broncos Gayle Broughton (halfback) and Annetta Nuuausala (prop) listed to line up for Sunday's clash with the Bulldogs. Rugby union convert Jasmin Huriwai has been named on the bench, while Olympic gold medallist and former Bronco Stacey Waaka is listed in the reserves. Fellow recruit Mele Hufanga has not been named after she picked up a hamstring injury. Patricia Maliepo will partner Broughton in the halves, with captain Apii Nicholls to line up at fullback. 

Bulldogs: Co-captain Tayla Preston will partner five-eighth Shaquaylah Mahakitau-Monschau in the halves, with Andie Robinson to wear the No.1 jumper after starting in all 11 games last season. Former Western Force rugby talent Tamika Jones will make her NRLW debut in the back-row, with Tongan representative Pauline Suli-Ruka the other edge forward. Ebony Prior will line up at hooker, with Leilani Wilson at lock.
