Sharks: A big boost for the Sharks with captain Tiana Penitani Gray set to return from a knee injury. The skipper will take her place in the centres. Rhiannon Byers therefore moves to the bench, in place of Stephanie Faulkner, who injured her ankle in the loss to the Knights last week.

Broncos: The Broncos are unchanged for their Round 2 game against the Sharks after posting a strong opening round victory against the Cowboys. Three of their four debutants in Caitlin Urwin, Rhemy Hinckesman and Harlem Walker scored in their 50-4 win over the Cowboys.

Cowboys: Experienced former Wallaroo Ashley Marsters is set to make her NRLW debut, after being named on the bench in the No.17 jersey, in place of Tafao Asaua who has been listed in the reserves. However, coach Ricky Henry’s four-player bench will be determined later in the week. The other changes sees dual international Haylee Hifo come onto the wing for Sian Williams, who has entered the concussion protocols.

Wests Tigers: No changes to the side after an impressive first-up win against the Eels. After making her club debut last week and celebrating with a try, Indigenous All Stars representative Shaylee Bent will again line up in the second row.

Roosters: Last year's minor premiers got their 2026 season off to a flyer with their win over the Titans and have this week named an unchanged line up to take on the Knights. It was a welcome return from an ACL injury for Tarryn Aiken, who will again line up in the halfback role.

Knights: A few changes to the winning line up from Round 1, with Botille Vette-Welsh coming in for her first game of the season at five-eighth for the suspended Georgia Roche. At fullback, Lucy Spain will make her NRLW debut in place of Lilly-Ann White, who faces eight weeks out with a syndesmosis injury.

Raiders: Following their win against the Dragons last week, the Raiders will field an unchanged lineup for the clash against the Warriors.Krystal Blackwell made her first appearance as a five-eighth last week and will once again partner co-captain Zahara Temara in the halves.

Warriors: Gun winger Stacey Waaka has been named to make her club debut in her return to the NRLW. The former NRLW Winger of the Year winner went back to play rugby union after her successful stint with the Broncos, but is back in rugby league this season. She comes in for the injured Payton Takimoana (shoulder). Metanoia Fotu-Moala comes in a starting prop for the suspended Mya Hill-Moana while Ivana Lauitiiti will return from suspension via the bench, in for Laishon Albert-Jones, who suffered a leg injury in Round 1.

Dragons: Coach Nathan Cross has shuffled his line-up following last week's loss to the Raiders, with skipper Brooke Anderson shifting from lock to hooker in place of Nita Maynard-Perrin (head knock). Hannah Southwell will start in 13, while Ella Koster moves to start in the second row after coming from the bench last week. There have been further changes to the bench, with Zali Hopkins and Amelia Haukau added, while Tahlia O'Brien is the 18th player.

Eels: Young gun second rower Ryvrr-Lee Alo has been named to start in place of Boss Kapua, who has been suspended for two matches. Khyliah Gray comes on to the vacant bench spot. Coach Steve Georgallis has otherwise kept faith with the rest of his team, with the rest of the line up unchanged.
