Storm coach Craig Bellamy confirmed on Saturday that star playmaker Cameron Munster won't back up from Origin Three while Harry Grant and Trent Loiero remain in the mix.

Blues duo James Tedesco (head knock) and Mitch Moses (corked thigh) will both sit out the clash between the Roosters and Eels on Saturday night.

Roosters: Coach Trent Robinson has opted for Cody Ramsey at fullback to replace James Tedesco, who suffered a head knock on the stroke of half-time in Wednesday's Origin decider. Blues winger Mark Nawaqanitawase is a confirmed starter while the club's remaining Origin players Sam Walker and Reece Robson will be rested. Club legend Daniel Tupou is set to make his 300th NRL appearance in his return from a calf injury.

Eels: No further game day changes after coach Jason Ryles confirmed on Friday that halfback Mitchell Moses would miss the game due to a corked thigh with Jonah Pezet taking his place alongside Ronald Volkman in the halves. “Mitch will miss out this week but will be good to go after the bye," Ryles said. Araz Nanva is set to start at centre after Sean Russell was ruled out with a quad injury.

Rabbitohs: NSW forward Cam Murray is expected to back up as the Rabbitohs celebrate Jai Arrow's 31st birthday with the World's Biggest Birthday Party. Sea Eagles: Tolu Koula played 41 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's Origin clash and is likely to back up at centre for Manly on Sunday afternoon. The NSW talent replaces Clayton Faulalo, who injured his hamstring last week. Josh Feledy will come into the side if Koula drops out. Cowboys: Tom Dearden has been ruled out of playing his first game since injuring his ankle in Round 10, with coach Todd Payten saying he was another week away. "Tom is not fit to play this weekend," said Payten on Friday. "He's probably two full training sessions short of being right to play. He'll get a full week of training next week, with the plan to play against the Dolphins." Skipper Reuben Cotter, back-rower Jeremiah Nanai and winger Murray Taulagi have all been named to back up from Origin III, with coach Todd Payten preparing for the trio to play on Sunday.
