The Dragons and Wests Tigers enter this Round 6 clash after a mixed bag of results at Magic Round.

St George Illawarra were heavily beaten by the Roosters in Round 5, while the Tigers impressed in their 32-20 win over the Sharks.

For the Dragons, defensive improvement will be the primary focus. They have struggled to contain some of the competition's elite attacking teams and now face another side capable of posting points quickly.

The Tigers continue to emerge as one of the season's surprise packets. Their attacking confidence has grown each week, and several key wins have positioned them firmly in finals contention.

Dragons: The Red V are 1-17 on game day. Teenager Charis Toli will make her NRLW debut after coming on to the bench following the loss of Tyra Ekepati to a head knock. Tahlia O'Brien moves from the interchange to start at centre as a result, with Trinity Tauaneai returning to the side via the bench after missing last week's loss to the Roosters. Seriah Palepale remains in the reserves and is pushing to overcome an ankle injury that has kept her on the sidelines for the first five rounds of the season.
