Raiders v Broncos: Preston returns; Barlett to the halves
A blockbuster clash awaits in Canberra as the Raiders host the undefeated Broncos.
Brisbane is sitting on top of the ladder after opening their 2026 campaign with five consecutive wins.
The Broncos were dominant again in Magic Round, beating the Bulldogs 34-4. Their depth, experience and ability to strike through multiple attacking weapons continues to separate them from the rest of the field.
Canberra, on the other hand, will be frustrated after falling 18-16 to the Cowboys. The Raiders were competitive throughout but were unable to convert enough opportunities into points.
The Raiders' challenge will be containing Brisbane's explosive spine and limiting second-phase opportunities. Canberra have shown they can compete with leading teams, but they will need near-perfect execution to upset the premiers.

Raiders: Back-rower Jordyn Preston is straight back into the starting side in her return from a suspension, with Hollie-Mae Dodd shifting to the interchange and Sereana Naitokatoka reverting to 18th player. No other changes for the Raiders as they look to rebound from last week's tight loss to the Cowboys.
Broncos: Kerri Johnson returns from a shoulder injury to start on the wing, with Georgia Bartlett shifted to partner Jesse Southwell in the halves. Ali Brigginshaw has been banned for three matches after fronting the judiciary on Tuesday night. Other changes see the return of prop Lillian Yarrow who was sidelined with a head knock, shifting Tara McGrath-West to the 18th player role.
