Rabbitohs: Gun back-rower Tallis Duncan returns after sitting out the Roosters game due to hamstring tightness so Adam Elliott reverts to the bench and fills the void left by Euan Aitken (scapula). After being an unused reserve last week, Matt Dufty has won back the No.1 jersey from Jye Gray, who goes to the bench.

Knights: Winger Dom Young and back-rower Tyson Frizell return from suspension while hooker Phoenix Crossland (knee) is also back to bolster Justin Holbrook's squad for the sudden-death showdown. A massive boost in the pack with edge forward Francis Manuleleua named to play despite dislocating his elbow just a fortnight ago against the Warriors. The season-ending shoulder injury to Trey Mooney brings Cody Hopwood into the starting side at prop. Fletcher Hunt and Harrison Graham slide to bench after starting in Round 26.

Warriors: A huge in for the Wahs on the bench with Jackson Ford named for his first game since suffering a pectoral injury against the Cowboys in Round 16. Centre Leka Halasima is back from an ankle injury while rested duo Wayde Egan and Kurt Capewell also return for the qualifying final. Sam Healey, Adam Pompey and Eddie Ieremia-Toeava revert to the six-man interchange while Jett Cleary and Luke Laulilii are part of the extended squad. Tryscoring machine Dallin Watene-Zelezniak remains sidelined with a collarbone injury.

Dolphins: The Phins are at full strength for their first ever finals match with winger Selwyn Cobbo (ankle), back-rower Kulikefu Finefeuiaki (knee) and five-eighth Kodi Nikorima (hamstring) all back on deck after being given last week off to rest up and overcome niggling injuries. Jake Averillo, Brian Pouniu and Tevita Naufahu all drop to the reserves.

Sharks: The Sharks welcome back playmaker Braydon Trindall after two games out with a shoulder injury while Nicho Hynes, Blayke Brailey, KL Iro and Teig Wilton are all back on deck after a rest in Round 27. Billy Burns, Toby Rudolf and Hohepa Puru revert to the interchange alongside Tom Hazelton, who has served a one-game ban for dangerous contact.
