Priority Research Areas A to B

If an investigator wishes to apply for funding for a proposal relating to one (1) of the following priority research areas, then the applicant is open to developing a specific research question:

  • Concussion
  • Participation and Game Development

Priority Research Areas C & D

If an investigator wishes to apply for funding for a research proposal relating to the one (1) of following priority research areas, then the specific research question should relate to, or derive from, the general research question listed below:

  • Female participation- What does the game of Rugby League in Australia need to consider in order to prepare female players for any future elite national women’s competition (coaching, playing, training, medical, wellbeing and education)?
  • Player workload and balance- Analyse pre-season training loads for elite players (at NRL and senior representative level) in order to determine optimal loads
