A Wyong Roos junior, Liddle made the move to the Dragons ahead of the club’s 2023 campaign having spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Wests Tigers.
An Australian Schoolboys and Under 20s NSW representative coming through the grades, Liddle spent two seasons with the Wests Tigers NYC squad before making a try-scoring NRL debut as a teenager in Round 18, 2016.
Having overcome numerous long-term injuries throughout his career, Liddle made his Dragons debut in the side’s season opener in 2023 scoring a try in a win over the Titans at Jubilee.
He earnt a maiden Prime Minister’s XIII call-up in 2024 having put together a stellar season in which he scored five tries, assisted on three others, and averaged a career-high 62 run metres.
Liddle backed that effort up by piecing together a career year in 2025 appearing in all 24 games and notching nine tries whilst tallying 662 tackles at over 94 per cent efficiency.
The 29-year-old is contracted to the Red V until at least the end of the 2028 season having inked an extension with the club in June of 2025.
