Jack Wighton is a versatile back who has brought experience, physicality and control to the Rabbitohs since arriving at the Club in 2024. A Clive Churchill Medallist, Dally M Medallist and Australian international, he is known for his strong ball running, aggressive defence and ability to break open defensive lines. Wighton’s outstanding first season in red and green was recognised with the George Piggins Medal as the Rabbitohs’ Best and Fairest player for 2024. His versatility across multiple positions and calm presence in high pressure moments make him an influential figure in South Sydney’s backline.
