Salesi Ataata is a strong middle forward who has impressed through his involvement with the Rabbitohs NRL squad, featuring in pre season matches and earning multiple spots on the extended bench in 2025. A strong carrying prop with a large frame and a physical approach in contact, he joined South Sydney from the Sharks after developing through the Otahuhu Leopards junior system. Ataata’s size, aggression and work ethic through the middle make him an exciting forward to watch as he pushes for more opportunities in the top squad.
