Takairangi re-signs with Eels

Eels centre Brad Takairangi will play in the halves alongside Corey Norman in Round 9.

The Parramatta Eels have announced the re-signing of centre Brad Takairangi until the end of the 2019 season.

After making his debut for the club in 2015 Takairangi brought up 100 games with the Eels in Round 22 this season.

"I am pleased that Brad has re-signed with the Eels until the end of the 2019 season," Eels coach Brad Arthur said.

"Brad is a leader and key member of our squad and he has been one of our most consistent performers since joining us in 2015."
