What’s my member presale password?

Ticketed Club Members will receive their unique AAN password on the Sunday prior to the scheduled on sales, they will then receive an email at 10:00am Monday with a link to enter their AAN password to access tickets.
Non-Ticketed Club Members will receive an email from their Club at 1:00pm Monday with a password to access their pre-sale.

What is my ‘AAN’ and where do I find it?

An ‘AAN’ is a unique redemption number provided to each Ticketed NRL Club Member which allows them to exclusively purchase a set number of tickets to an NRL event. If you are a Ticketed NRL Club Member you can find your AAN here.

When do tickets go on sale?

Competing Club Ticketed Members Pre-sale: 10:00am Monday of every week.
Competing Club Non-Ticketed Members Pre-Sale: 1:00pm Monday of every week.
Any remaining tickets will be available to the general public to purchase from 10:00am Tuesday.

How do I purchase tickets for a large group?

For any Ticketek venues please contact the groups department here. For any Ticketmaster Venues please use the groups link found in the info section of the relevant event page.

Can I purchase the same seat as my Club membership?

Same seat allocation is only available at certain venues due to capacity constraints. If same seat is available for your Club’s home Finals game/s, you will receive an email with additional information prior to the presale. For any other games, tickets can be purchased by members through the normal presale window.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be issued at the time of booking. If you purchased in the Same Seat Members Presale you will receive your tickets by the Wednesday before the game.

What’s a Club Supporter Bay ticket?

A Supporter Bay ticket allows you to sit with the most dedicated fans of your Club. Each ticket holder will also receive one Club Supporter Flag.

Will transport be included in my ticket?

Transport inclusion will vary between venues. Please check the individual event pages for more information.

Ticketing information: Each venue will have a maximum limit of tickets allowed to purchase per transaction, this limit will be displayed on the ticket purchase link for each game. All ticket buyers must adhere to the standing public health orders and the venues relevant COVIDSafe measures. For this event, a one-off handing fee per transaction applies on all purchases. The actual fee(s) may vary depending on the venue and/ or method of delivery selected, or where you add other items to your basket.
