Normanton volunteer revives rugby league in Gulf
As president of the Normanton Stingers; Bevan Owens is a passionate and dedicated volunteer who has been instrumental in rugby league's resurgence in the Gulf of Carpentaria. The 2019 NRL Volunteer of the Year award is proudly supported by ClubsNSW.
