Raiders fans will be rewarded this Friday night with exclusive coverage of the team’s clash against the Broncos on the WIN Network live into Canberra and the surrounding region from 7.30pm.

WIN has moved the broadcast forward two hours to provide Raiders fans with all the excitement of the game live.

“It’s sensational that Raiders’ fans can watch their local team live on the WIN Network. Being able to deliver the game exclusively for Canberra and surrounds direct from Brisbane is something we are excited to have been able to do,” said WIN Network Canberra Manager Leon Buchanan. “For Raiders’ fans that don’t make the trip to Brisbane, the next best thing is to watch the WIN broadcast LIVE and cheer the green machine home.”

Raiders CEO Don Furner said it’s a great initiative by the WIN Network to show the match live and said it’s now up to the Raiders supporter base to tune in so we can have the same luxury next time the Raiders are in a similar situation.

“The WIN Network has done a wonderful thing for the Canberra community by showing their team live this Friday night,” Furner said. “Every supporter must now make sure they watch the match on Friday night, as good ratings will auger well for future Raiders Friday night games.

“The team had a great win against the Warriors last weekend and face an inform Broncos team this Friday, so it promises to be a huge match.”
