St George Illawarra pivot Jamie Soward has been presented the 2009 Provan Summons People's Choice award... judged by the most important panel in the game - the fans.<br><br>A standout winner by a total of nine points, Soward wrestled the honour away from Eels stalwart Nathan Hindmarsh who has held the title since 2005.<br><br>More than 235,000 votes were recorded on NRL.com throughout the season, with the result more than fitting Soward's achievements in steering the Dragons to a minor premiership.<br><br>Previous winners of the prestigious award include Darren Lockyer, Andrew Johns and Brad Fittler.<br><br><b>The Top Twenty</b><br><br>1.
