It was a night to remember for the few thousand Tigers fans who turned up to watch their side clash with the Cowboys in Round 11 at Leichhardt Oval earlier this season.

The Tigers won – by the skin of their teeth – in the final minute thanks to a try to David Nofoaluma in atrocious conditions that saw commentators calling for fans to be awarded medals for their attendance!

The home side tackled themselves to a standstill, making a total of 393 all up, the second most in the club’s history. Hooker Robbie Farah made 61 of them!

The Cowboys dominated metres gained (1296 to 1110) and the efficiency rate (85 to 78 per cent), but the home side’s tenacity got them home in the end.

In the process of recording the memorable 22-20 victory, the Tigers snapped their record seven-match losing streak, too.
