Rabbitohs hooker Issac Luke to fight dangerous contact charge at NRL judiciary.

Souths hooker Issac Luke is set to contest a grade one dangerous contact charge levelled at him in last Thursday's win over the Bulldogs, risking a two-match ban if he is unsuccessful.

Due to 65 carry-over points and 50 per cent loading for a similar offence in the past two years, Luke will be rubbed out until the Rabbitohs' second finals match if found guilty for his hit on Canterbury opposite number Michael Ennis.

A successful challenge will leave him free to play this Thursday against the Roosters.

Halfback Adam Reynolds will miss the clash with the Bunnies' arch-rivals after accepting an early guilty plea to a grade one dangerous throw charge for his tackle on Moses Mbye.

Skipper John Sutton, set to return from a knee injury that has sidelined him for the past five weeks, shapes as a likely halves partner for Luke Keary in Reynolds' absence.

Bulldogs forward Dale Finucane has also accepted a grade one dangerous throw charge from last Thursday night's game, and will miss this week's final round clash with the Titans.
