Tyson Frizell has enjoyed a rapid rise to State of Origin football after off-season back surgery.

The NSW Blues have named their final side for Game Two of the Holden State of Origin Series at Suncorp Stadium.

Cronulla's Wade Graham (suspended) has been replaced by St George Illawarra forward Tyson Frizell, while Bryce Cartwright and Jack Bird remain development players.

Graham was found guilty at the NRL judiciary on Wednesday night for a Grade 1 careless high tackle on Johnathan Thurston in Cronulla's Monday night win over the Cowboys. The verdict means he is suspended for a match and cannot play State of Origin.

Frizell will make his State of Origin debut from the interchange bench with Greg Bird moving into the starting side in jersey number 11.
