Storm forward Nelson Asofa-Solomona was cited by the NRL match review committee in Round 25.

Storm forward Nelson Asofa-Solomona is in danger of missing his side's Round 26 clash with the Sharks, the only player cited from his side's loss to the Broncos on Friday night.

Asofa-Solomona was charged for dangerous contact – head/neck in an incident involving Broncos prop Jarrod Wallace, and two prior non-similar offences and one prior similar offence in the last two years has added significant loading to the base penalty for such a charge.

An early guilty plea would result in a one-game ban, but if he decides to challenge and is found a guilty at the NRL judiciary, the towering Melbourne forward would be sidelined for two weeks.
