Storm forward Nelson Asofa-Solomona and Warriors centre Solomone Kata will both miss the final round of the NRL Telstra Premiership season after taking early guilty pleas with the NRL match review committee.

Asofa-Solomona will miss the Round 26 Minor Premiership showdown with Cronulla on Saturday night after pleading guilty to a grade 1 dangerous contact head/neck for a tackle on Bronco Jarrod Wallace in his side's 26-16 loss at AAMI Park.

The Storm forward will go into the NRL finals walking a tightrope with 82 carry-over points.

Kata will miss the Warriors last game of the season after accepting a one match ban for a grade 1 dangerous throw on Wests Tigers winger Jordan Rankin during the Warriors 36-24 loss on Sunday afternoon.
