NRL.com takes a look back at the season that's been, including our most viewed content on a week-to-week basis.
Playing their first finals game since 2010, the Gold Coast Titans were mightily unlucky not to get past big brothers the Brisbane Broncos. Everything that could go wrong for the Titans did go wrong and after a controversial 80 minutes they were knocked out. Without skipper Paul Gallen and Wade Graham (for the most part), the Sharks earned one of the bravest wins in their history to beat the Raiders and earn the week off. Melbourne produced a solid six-point win over the Cowboys while the Panthers ended the Bulldogs' season, with Penrith back three Josh Mansour, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak and Matt Moylan stealing the show as the career of Sam Perrett came to a close.
Finals Week One Results:
Broncos 44 defeated Titans 28
Sharks 16 defeated Raiders 14
Storm 16 defeated Cowboys 10
Panthers 28 defeated Bulldogs 12
