Michael Chee Kam's match-winning solo effort for the Wests Tigers against South Sydney has earned NRL Try of the Week honours for Round 15.

Not for the first time this year, Chee Kam secured two competition points for his team with a superb run in the dying minutes at Bankwest Stadium on Thursday night.

The 27-year-old backrower secured 57% of Try of the Week fan votes, with Brent Naden a distant second.

Naden was among a worthy group of contenders for Round 15 with his 90-metre try in Penrith's extra time win over the Warriors.

Jesse Ramien did all the hard work before sending Mason Lino over for a superb try in the Knights' 26-12 defeat of Brisbane, while the final four-pointer nominated was Blake Ferguson's 85m effort against Canberra after a Jarrod Croker fumble.
