Sea Eagles: Two changes forced by injury with centre Brad Parker (knee) replaced by Brendan Elliot and back-rower Curtis Sironen (hamstring) replaced by Jack Gosiewski. Moses Mbye's absence with a hip flexor injury opens the door for 19-year-old Tommy Talau to make his NRL debut in the centres. Jacob Liddle takes over at hooker from Robbie Farah, who fractured his tibia against the Bulldogs. Luke Garner's suspension for dangerous contact has forced a reshuffle with Chris Lawrence coming into the starting side and Chris McQueen promoted to the bench. Robert Jennings was omitted 24 hours before kick-off while Josh Reynolds and Sam McIntyre were the last two cut an hour before game time.

Titans: The Titans have made a few late changes with Moeaki Fotuaika and Nathan Peats brought into the run-on side with Jai Whitbread relegated to the bench and Jarrod Wallace left out due to personal reasons. Anthony Don has been omitted. Tanah Boyd and Latu were the two men omitted from extended squad on Thursday. The Titans have achieved their best winning record against the Eels (61.1 per cent).

Eels: Junior Paulo is out of Parramatta's team to face Gold Coast on Friday night with Daniel Alvaro elevated to the starting side in the front row. Paulo was ruled out after rolling his ankle at training. Tepai Moeroa has been brought onto the interchange from the reserves while Will Smith has also been dropped from the team an hour before kick-off. George Jennings and Stefano Utoikamanu were omitted from the squad 24 hours before kick-off. The Eels have not won at Cbus Super Stadium since 2014.

Panthers: Two late changes for the Panthers with youngster Stephen Crichton out with an ankle complaint and his place taken by Dean Whare. In the back row, Moses Leota is promoted to start and Isaah Yeo goes to the bench. Veteran playmaker James Maloney returns from suspension so impressive youngster Matt Burton makes way. Kaide Ellis and Hame Sele dropped out of the extended squad on Thursday and Billy Burns was omitted an hour before kick-off.

Jamie Buhrer and Chris Randall were the 24-hour cuts from the squad, while Tim Glasby wasn't selected due to concussion protocols after suffering his second head knock in three matches last round. James Gavet remains sidelined with hamstring tightness. Danny levi and Jirah Momoisea were cut an hour before kick-off. 

Cowboys: Jason Taumalolo is out (foot injury), with John Asiata elevated to the starting side from the interchange bench. Tom Gilbert is the other 24-hour omission. Prop Jordan McLean returns after missing last round with a minor calf injury. Veteran front-rower Matt Scott moves into the starting pack to replace the suspended Josh McGuire, while Jordan Kahu (facial fracture) will make his comeback in place of winger Gideon Gela-Mosby. Roosters: Boyd Cordner's return has been delayed for at least another week after he was cut from the reserves on Saturday. Isaac Liu was named as the starting prop on Tuesday, but he switched with Zane Tetevano before last week's clash with the Raiders and Trent Robinson might go with the same ploy on Sunday. The other player to drop out on Saturday was Billy Smith. Lindsay Collins and Lachlan Lam were omitted an hour before kick-off.

Warriors: Kodi Nikorima was elevated to the bench after missing last week with an ankle injury. Wearing the No.18 jersey, Nikorima has displaced No.14 Adam Keighran.
