In a series analysing who will line up in each position for all 16 teams in the opening round of the Telstra Premiership in 2020, NRL.com looks at the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

NRL.com says: Star signing Latrell Mitchell's desire to play fullback spells trouble for Alex Johnston. Braidon Burns is set to return from a hamstring injury in the centres and despite Adam Doueihi heading to the Wests Tigers, Alex Johnston is no certainty for round one with Corey Allan competing for the bench utility role.

With Sam Burgess and John Sutton retired, Cam Murray has switched to the left edge with Liam Knight expected to play lock. Ethan Lowe suffered a low-grade MCL injury at the Nines but is expected to be available for round one, however faces competition for his spot. Impressive youngster Keaon Koloamatangi could well debut off the bench sooner than later.
