Official Team Lists

New South Wales

Mass changes for the Blues with Matt Burton, Stephen Crichton, Apisai Koroisau, Jake Trbojevic and Cameron Murray all called into the starting side.

Burton's inclusion comes at the expense of Jack Wighton, who was ruled out under covid protocols, while Damien Cook will drop back to the bench with Koroisau named in the number nine jersey.

With Tariq Sims, Reagan Campbell-Gillard and Ryan Matterson all not selected for Game Two, Trbojevic will start at prop alongside Payne Haas, while Roosters forward Angus Crichton returns to the squad and has been named on the bench.

Powerhouse Siosifa Talakai will become the fifth debutant for the Blues this series after he was also named on the interchange list, with Cronulla teammate Nicho Hynes listed as 18th Man as he was for Game One.

Queensland

With Origin I squad members Xavier Coates, Reuben Cotter and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow all unavailable for selection due to injury, coach Billy Slater has called Corey Oates, Beau Fermor and Reece Walsh into the squad as reserves.

Murray Taulagi will move into the starting side to replace Coates, while Lindsay Collins starts at prop as Reuben Cotter's replacement.

After missing out on selection for Game One, Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow returns to the side on the bench where he joins Patrick Carrigan, Jeremiah Nanai and Harry Grant, with Ben Hunt listed once again to start at hooker.

Cowboys halfback Tom Dearden is the 18th Man, as he was for the series opener.
