Sharks: The Sharks are without centre Siosifa Talakai after he held his spot in Brad Fittler's 17 for Origin Three. His place is taken by the versatile Connor Tracey, who has played five games at centre this season. Braydon Trindall is the new 18th Man.

Storm: Dean Ieremia comes in on the wing and Nick Meaney moves to five-eighth with Jayden Nikorima dropping to 18th Man. Brandon Smith will start at hooker with Harry Grant on Maroons Origin duty, Josh King is the new lock and Nelson Asofa-Solomona will start at prop with Tui Kamikamica going to the bench. Tyran Wishart and Jordan Grant are new faces on the bench alongside Alec MacDonald and Kamikamica.

Knights: Two huge ins for the Knights with hooker Jayden Brailey (achilles) named on the bench for his first game of the season and centre Bradman Best (elbow) also back on deck to fill the void left by Dane Gagai, who joins Kalyn Ponga in Queensland camp. Tex Hoy again wears the No.1 jersey. Simi Sasagi goes from the bench to 18th Man.

Rabbitohs: Centre Campbell Graham is out after suffering a facial fracture against the Eels and his place is taken by Taane Milne. Prop Hame Sele (hamstring) is also out, replaced by Thomas Burgess in the starting side with Davvy Moale joining the bench. Latrell Mitchell will captain the Rabbitohs for the first time with Cameron Murray on Origin duty.

Siliva Havili takes over for Blues hooker Damien Cook while Mark Nicholls been named to take over at lock for Murray but seems unlikely to play as he is still experiencing concussion symptoms after failing a HIA last week. Maroons rep Jai Arrow is replaced by Jed Cartwright who plays his first NRL game since round 25 last year. Blake Taaffe and Michael Chee Kam are the new faces on the bench.

Daniel Suluka-Fifita joined the club on Monday after he was granted an early release by the Roosters and could be a late inclusion after being named 18th Man.

Wests Tigers: Skipper James Tamou returns after being a late withdrawal from the Warriors game with a calf injury. Tamou's return sees Alex Seyfarth drop out of the side while impressive rookie Fonua Pole keeps his place on the bench. Adam Doueihi returns to the starting side at centre at the expense of James Roberts.

NSW Under 19s Origin rep Justin Matamua makes his debut off the bench alongside Jacob Liddle who returns to the 17 this week after he was 18th Man against the Warriors. 

Eels: Enforcer Junior Paulo will be in Blues camp so Marata Niukore steps into the starting side at prop and Ryan Matterson returns at lock after missing Round 16 with a rib injury. Skipper Clint Gutherson is part of Brad Fittler's extended NSW squad but he'll be released to lead the Eels.

Broncos: The Broncos are without Kurt Capewell, Selwyn Cobbo, Pat Carrigan and Thomas Flegler on Maroons Origin duty as well as Te Maire Martin (ribs) and Corey Jensen (calf).

Tesi Niu takes over at fullback, Jordan Pereira on the wing and Keenan Palasia and Ryan James are the new props. Payne Haas is out of Origin Three with AC joint problems in both shoulders and he is expected to miss the Broncos' next two games.

Zac Hosking will make his NRL debut in the second row alongside Jordan Riki with Kobe Hetherington into the starting side at lock for Carrigan.

Cory Paix (knee) and Tyson Gamble (leg) return from injury on the bench.

Dragons: With skipper Ben Hunt in Maroons camp, Jayden Sullivan takes over at halfback in the only change to the side that beat the Raiders. Winger Mat Feagai has been named to play despite hobbling with a knee injury on Sunday.
