Melbourne have soared up the NRL's Power Rankings after their commanding 28-8 win over the Roosters at home, while the Knights have jumped four places to sit behind the Broncos after Round 6.

Inspired by a Cameron Munster masterclass, the Storm secured their third-straight win against the Roosters last week, propelling them from fifth to first in this week's Power Rankings and leaving Trent Robinson's side to fall from fourth to 10th.

The Knights are the other big movers.

After holding on to an early lead against the Warriors, Adam O'Brien's side rose to fourth position heading into this week's clash against Penrith who remain second after outclassing Manly 52-12.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins are back in the swim of things after defeating the Cowboys in the latest Queensland derby, moving from 13th to fourth in the Power Rankings, which is two spots higher than their NRL ladder position.

Hammer has a big one versus former club

Conversely, the Sea-Eagles and Bulldogs are the big fallers for the week after both teams were defeated by margins of more than 30 points in Round 6.

With Manly sitting at 13th and Canterbury-Bankstown at 14th in the Power Rankings, the Sea-Eagles will be desperate to get their season back on track against arch-rivals Storm this week after dropping out of the top eight on the Telstra Premiership ladder.
