The Queensland Maroons are fit and firing and have be working on fine-tuning their game in a bid to keep this year's State of Origin series alive.
The squad received a big boost earlier in the week with forwards Makenzie Weale and Keilee Joseph cleared to play after both were ruled out in the opening game loss with head knocks.
Assistant coach Clay Harris said both players were "flying" and that overall, the squad were feeling good and confident, especially after going so close in their 11-6 loss in Game One where they lost a prop in the first tackle.
"They're feeling good, it's been a really good week and they're feeling really confident and doing the final touches today and they'll be ready to go," Harris said.
“(There is) plenty of confidence (from the last game), and not just the staff, but the playing group.

“There's plenty of belief there.
“They've all got a sense of belonging, with that comes a connection and then the performance is going to follow.
“(The team is) definitely not under pressure; we know what's at stake, but there's plenty of belief in the group and ... they're going to be ready to go."
While it was a close result, the Maroons were their own worst enemy at times in the series opener, making too many errors and conceding too many penalties.
With execution a key focus of this week's camp, Harris said a good preparation would have the squad ready to switch on from the first whistle.
“Training's been good, Crossy [coach Nathan Cross] was very clear at the start of the week while we've all got a common goal that we're chasing, that's not been the focus," Harris said.
“The focus has been the process, our preparation.
“We get that right, and we'll put in a good performance."
Coming off the bench for Game One, hooker Emma Manzelmann - who remained in the squad for the Suncorp Stadium game - said attention to detail across the board had been lacking in the opening match.
With an opportunity to right the wrongs and launch this year's Magic Round in front of a big home crowd, the North Queensland Cowboys rake was excited for the challenge ahead.
“Very excited and I think we're very ready, so super excited for (the game)," Manzelmann said.
“I think we're just ready, not really feeling the pressure.
“We're just concentrating on ourselves and concentrating on knowing what we can do and how to better ourselves and we’re looking forward to it.
“Obviously there was a lot of determination and commitment to Game One, it just didn't go our way.
"But this game it's (like a) decider and it's a must-win game, so I think ... our determination to get the win is high.
“(We have been working on) more just attention to our detail, just getting the little things right.
"We missed that in crucial parts and I think it's just the little detail moments."
