As it happened: Dolphins, Rabbitohs, Storm earn Super Saturday wins

Full time: They're out on their feet on both sides after a thrilling contest, the Rabbitohs being held scoreless in the second half but holding on 28-24.

79 min: It's Cody Walker's night here at Allianz Stadium. Josh Addo-Carr is out of position at the back and the five-eighth takes the opportunity to beat him with a 40/20 to all but seal the game.

78 min: The Rabbitohs are under all sorts of pressure from the Eels. A Mitchell Moses cross-field kick results in a Jye Gray knock on and they earn another repeat set. But the short dropout comes down with the Rabbitohs and they survive.

75 min: The Rabbitohs make a break through Cody Walker, who looked gone just a moment ago carrying a left shoulder injury. But the follow-up play is messy and they David Fifita knocks on trying to pick a pass up off his toes.

72 min: Sean Keppie the hero for the Rabbitohs! The Eels make a break down the middle of the field as Mitchell Moses links up with Jordan Samrani. The makeshift winger gets the offload to Moses, but he is tackled short. The ball swings left and the Eels can't find a way through there either, so the last tackle grubber kick comes in from dummy half and the big prop cleans it up, turns around and dives back in play.

69 min: It's game on here at Allianz Stadium! Ronald Volkman provide the cross-field bomb on last tackle and puts it on the head of Jye Gray, providing the ideal scenario for Jordan Samrani to fly high, mark it and - unlike the first half - grounds the ball in goal to score. Mitchell Moses get the conversion from wide out to close the gap to four points. Rabbitohs lead 28-24.

 

65 min: The Eels get into Rabbitohs territory once again after Cameron Murray takes out Luca Moretti on suspicion. But the home side is not made to pay, with Tallyn Da Silva passing it forward to Saxon Pryke out of dummy half.

62 min: The Eels are camping on the Rabbitohs line trying to find a way through for another try. The Rabbitohs have gone way away from what they were doing in the first half with constant turnovers. 

55 min: The Eels are over the line again... no! A cross-field kick from Mitchell Moses has Jye Gray going high and the ball goes through the fingertips and to Ronald Volkman. Despite the attempt at a Mark Taylor style juggle with his feet, he fumbles one too many times and it's a knock on.

51 min: Bang, bang, bang! The Eels have done it again. This time it's an escort penalty that gets the visitors on the attack, and after receiving the ball, Ronald Volkman decides to take them out, throwing the dummy, stepping off his left, going through the middle of two defenders and brushing off Matt Dufty to get the ball down. The Rabbitohs have not yet touched the ball in the second half. Mitchell Moses does the job again. Rabbitohs lead 28-18.

48 min: The Eels go back-to-back! After receiving a penalty to get into the Rabbitohs half, they get down to the try line and on last tackle, Ronald Volkman - who appears to be back in the halves, puts a left-footed grubber through the line, which Jye Gray can't clean up, leaving apparent centre Ryley Smith to clean up the crumbs and ground the ball. Mitchell Moses converts once again. Rabbitohs lead 28-12. 

44 min: The Eels come out firing after half-time and they have their first try of the game through Tallyn Da Silva. Starting the half with the ball, the Eels earned a set restart, then forced a repeat set through a drop-out to get in attacking position. Da Silva is in position to receive a Jack Williams offload near the line and he throws the dummy and burrows in to score. Mitchell Moses converts. Rabbitohs lead 28-6.

Half-time: The Rabbitohs go into the sheds with a healthy 28-point lead after a dominant first half at Allianz Stadium. Cody Walker has been running rampant on the both sides of the field down the left and even the right side, the latter from his own half. The home side led 14-0 inside the first 10 minutes, helped by the sin bin of Brian Kelly, who was ruled to have committed a professional foul when he tackled Tallis Duncan a tad early with the try line in sight for the Rabbitohs centre. The Eels have had some opportunities to attack and put the ball in good position thanks to the kicking game of Mitchell Moses, but the Rabbitohs have consistently found a way out of trouble with long breaks from their own half. Both teams face some adversity going into the second half, with the Rabbitohs losing Ashton Ward to a hamstring injury and Eels fullback Isaiah Iongi also going down.

40 min: Try time! The Rabbitohs exploit the mismatch with the makeshift left side defence of the Eels, shifting to right this time and Jack Wighton does an excellent job tipping the ball on the Jye Gray under immense pressure, leaving the winger an easy passage to the line. Jamie Humphreys is the new man with the kicking duties and his attempt is waved away. Rabbitohs 28-0.

35 min: Makeshift Eels fullback Josh Addo-Carr comes so close to breaking his try drought. On last tackle, Mitchell Moses puts a grubber through the middle of the field to the Foxx, but David Fifita is back there to tidy up. In the changes, Ronald Volkman is now at centre, Jordan Samrani on Addo-Carr's wing and Ryley Smith in the halves, with Tallyn Da Silva entering the fray at hooker. For the Rabbitohs, Jayden Sullivan is now playing halfback.

Injury update: Eels fullback Isaiah Iongi has departed the field with a leg injury after being bent awkwardly in a tackle. Rabbitohs halfback Ashton Ward is confirmed to have suffered a right hamstring injury and has it iced up on the sideline.

32 min: Cody Walker gets over the line on the back of Alex Johnston running downfield off a kick return. It's given a try, but the Bunker finds the Rabbitohs formed a wall to prevent Mitchell Moses contesting the ball and it comes back for a penalty.

27 min: It's a hat-trick for Alex Johnston. The lead-up play is all Cody Walker who, from his own end, passes around the back of an Eels defender to put Jye Gray in space once again, but his support runner Ashton Ward can't get to the line. The Rabbitohs simply shift to the left and find their champion winger to finish it off. Ashton Ward misses the sideline conversion attempt. But it gets worse for the halfback as he limps away grabbing the back of his right thigh and has to be carried off in the arms of two trainers. Rabbitohs 24-0.

25 min: Mitch Moses's boot is causing all sorts of trouble for the Rabbitohs, giving his side a chance on attack. Ronald Volkman puts a kick up on last tackle and the Rabbitohs take it uncontested.

22 min: Jordan Samrani is over the line for the Eels, but referee Wyatt Raymond wants to send it upstairs, suspecting a knock on. Samrani leaps high over diminutive makeshift Rabbitohs winger Jye Gray and heads towards the stripe, but loses the ball on Gray's foot as he attempted to ground it.  

18 min: Brandon Smith barges over under the posts to extend the lead for the Rabbitohs. It came the set after he tried the same thing from dummy half and was deemed to have lost the ball, but a successful captain's challenge gave Souths another opportunity. Earlier, Matt Dufty was the reason they were on the attack, breaking through after taking a hit up out of his own end. It's shelling peas for Ashton Ward with the conversion. Rabbitohs 20-0.

16 min: The Eels have been getting back into the grind with the addition of Brian Kely returning from the sin bin. Both teams are settling into a rhythm of completed sets, each side needing to work it out of their own end.

11 min: It's a double for Alex Johnston! After getting a repeat set from an Eels error, Cody Walker receives the ball and cuts out two players to Johnston, who is just enough outside his man to find his way to the try line. Ashton Ward can't add the extras. Rabbitohs 14-0

8 min: Tevita Tatola gets a rare try! The Rabbitohs make a run down the right through Jye Gray and is tackled 10m out. The ball swings right and Tallis Duncan has Alex Johnston open, but gives himself after the lead runner knocks Mitchell Moses down. Off the ensuring play-the-ball Cody Walker receives the ball on last tackle and grubber kicks into the upright, with the ball taking a friendly bounce into Tatola's hands. Ashton Ward converts. Rabbitohs 10-0.

4 min: Play the pre-recorded tape again - Alex Johnston has scored a try. The Rabbitohs shift to the left aiming for where Brian Kelly would be defending, and Tallis Duncan gives it to the speed man who scores untouched. Ashton Ward misses the conversion attempt. Rabbitohs 4-0.

2 min: The Rabbitohs get the first chance to attack after an Eels error. It comes to Tallis Duncan, who gets over the line and is bundled into touch in-goal. The Bunker finds Eels winger Brian Kelly grabbed Duncan a tad early just two metres out from the line and it's deemed a professional foul, so he's off to the sin bin.

Rabbitohs: One minor change 90 minutes from kick-off, with Moala Graham-Taufa added to the six-man bench in place of Liam Le Blanc. There was also a change on Friday with winger Campbell Graham (calf) dropping out, his place taken by Jye Gray. Skipper Cameron Murray is back after missing two games with a calf injury so Lachlan Hubner goes to the bench. Back-rower David Fifita (suspension) and centre Tallis Duncan (hamstring) also return as the Bunnies look to continue their dominance over the Eels having won 10 of the past 11 clashes.

Eels: A late reshuffle on gameday, with Ryley Smith recalled for his first NRL game since Round 9. The 23-year-old will start at hooker and Tallyn Da Silva shifts to the bench. With five weeks remaining in his time at the Eels before a move to Leeds Rhinos, veteran utility Dylan Walker is being rested, despite being one of Parra's best in 2026. Saxon Pryke comes onto the bench for his sixth NRL game alongside potential debutant Jezaiah Funa-Iuta. Centre Sean Russell was listed among the reserves as he looks to return after three games out with a quad injury but dropped out of the squad and remains at least another week away.

Dolphins v Broncos at Suncorp Stadium

Full time: It's all over at Suncorp Stadium with the Dolphins fighting back to win 40-32.

77 min: The Broncos are throwing the ball around trying to break the Dolphins, but they can't find a way through, and their execution is a bit off, handing the ball back on several occasions.

72 min: Selwyn Cobbo extends the lead for the Dolphins. A last tackle kick goes up from Isaiya Katoa and it's not his best, but Jack Bostock grabs it 10m out, finds support in Max Plath, he passes to Jeremy Marshall-King midfield and then the hooker throws a long pass over the Connelly Lemuelu, who only has to move it to Cobbo for an easy try. Jamayne Isaako misses the conversion attempt. Dolphins 40-32.

70 min: It's Hammer time at Suncorp Stadium! The Dolphins fullback scores his second try, leaping high to mark an Isaiya Katoa bomb and he reaches out with a fingertip grounding. Jamayne Isaako makes no mistake. Dolphins 36-32.  

68 min: The Broncos get a rare chance on the Dolphins' line but another Tom Duffy pass misses the mark, with Jamayne Isaako diving on the loose ball. Jack Bostock takes a run off the back of it and gets the Dolphins over half way.

65 min: The Dolphins threaten the line again with a short ball to Connelly Lemuelu, but he spills the ball under the attention of Broncos halfback Tom Duffy.

64 min: We have recently ticked over 12 minutes without a try here in a tight second half at Suncorp Stadium - the longest try drought of the match. We're due, and the Dolphins look the most likely after enjoying the majority of the possession and field position since the break.

Injury update: Deine Mariner is back on the field after passing his HIA.

59 min: Billy Walters goes oh so close! Off a quick play-the-ball inside 10m, the No.9 has the line in sight and goes just comes up short. Herbie Farnworth is found to have taken out support runner Ezra Mam, so it's a penalty instead. The Broncos opt to take the two and Reece Walsh gets it. Broncos 32-30.

56 min: The Dolphins make a raid down the left and the ball gets to Selwyn Cobbo, who put a kick infield off the outside of his right foot and the ball bounces into the arms of Ezra Mam, who runs backwards and then can't get out of the in-goal. From the short drop-out, Cobbo bats the ball back and it's picked up by Tom Duffy.

Injury update: Tom Gilbert has passed his HIA and will return to the field.

54 min: Grant Anderson goes bang! The Dolphins find themselves in attacking position again and the balls gets to Selwyn Cobbo on the wing, but Anderson comes up with a solid shot one-on-one to force him into touch.

52 min: The Dolphins square it up! This time Isaiya Katoa spots Reece Walsh making a tackle and therefore has him out of position, so he takes it to the line and chips over the top aiming to find his halves partner Kodi Nikorima, but the ball instead bounces into the arms of Connelly Lemuelu to score his second try of the game. Jamayne Isaako slots it and scores are level. 

49 min: The Broncos survive another assault from the Dolphins. Once again the home side earned multiple back-to-back sets, but in the end Grant Anderson saves the day after the ball came backwards off the hands of a leaping Kotoni Staggs.

Injury update: Deine Mariner is now going off for HIA after Kulikefu Finefeuiaki caught the Broncos centre high with his shoulder while on a lead run.

47 min: The Broncos go close. A high kick from Tom Duffy yielded a contest between Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow and Ezra Mam, with Mam winning the battle to knock it back with two hands to Ben Talty, but his one handed offload goes a long way forward.

Injury update: Tom Gilbert heads to the sideline for a HIA after catching the hip of Deine Mariner attempting a tackle. He's deemed to have shown category 2 symptoms of a concussion.

43 min: A Bronx cheer from the Bronxnation. The Broncos have defended a set on their own line! Off the kickoff, the Dolphins took the ball over half way and got an attacking kick away, which Josiah Karapani put down and Deine Mariner picked up in an offside position. Attacking the line, the Dolphins get a set restart and in that set, Connelly Lemuelu gets up a little too quickly after being tackled and stuff up the play-the-ball to hand it over.

Half-time: All right, everyone take a breath. One of the wildest halves of footy this year comes to an end with the Broncos leading 30-24 in the Battle for Brisbane. The Broncos flew out of the gates playing like it was this time last year, with Billy Walters running amok, Tom Duffy guiding the team around masterfully and Ezra Mam scoring two tries in opening six minutes of the game. The Broncos ultimately led 24-0 but then started allowing the Dolphins back into the game and they took full advantage. The home side scored three tries in nine minutes to close the gap to six before each team traded tries, including Mam completing a hat-trick. Brace yourself for what's to come.

40 min: Is this Pat Rafter Arena or Suncorp Stadium? It feels like a game of tennis has unfolded in Brisbane, and now the Dolphins have scored through Herbie Farnworth. After Ben Talty lost the ball in the Broncos' set after points, the Dolphins shift left and Isaiya Katoa throws a wild pass that goes 20m behind everyone, but Selwyn Cobbo goes back to pick it up, tips it up to Farnworth inside and the centre finds a massive hole to run straight through and score under the posts. Broncos lead 30-24.

37 min: The scoring just isn't stopping here at Suncorp. The Broncos force the error after the restart with some strong defence from Kotoni Staggs and Grant Anderson. Mam receives the ball off the scrum and puts a wicked step on to leave Isaiya Katoa clutching at thin air, and he carries three defenders over the score. The goalkickers just can't miss here, with Reece Walsh adding the extras. Broncos 30-18. 

35 min: It's game on here at Suncorp Stadium, with Jamayne Isaako going over in the corner for the Dolphins. It came on the back of a shift right, which had Isaiya Katoa throwing a cutout to draw Deine Mariner out of the defensive line, leaving a simple draw and pass for Jack Bostock to find his winger. The Dolphins learned his lesson after receiving a bake from Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow the last time they were down there when he also could have found Isaako. The sharpshooter swings it from the sideline. Broncos lead 24-18.

29 min: The Dolphins go back-to-back! Connolly Lemuelu had an earlier line break which should have ended in a try and this time it did, as he slipped through the tackle of Kotoni Staggs after receiving a short pass from Isaiya Katoa. It came on the back of a line break from fresh man on the field, Max Plath. Jamayne Isaako converts from adjacent the posts. Broncos lead 24-12.

26 min: The Dolphins have one against the run of play. After a high tackle penalty put the Broncos on the attack, Jaiyden Hunt makes an error after receiving a short ball from Tom Duffy and it ends up in the worst possible hands - that of Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow - and he races away to score. Jamayne Isaako converts from out wide. Broncos lead 24-6.

21 min: Another try for the Broncos! Xavier Willison wins the scramble to the ball after a last tackle grubber kick by Ezra Mam, which has Jack Bostock fumbling in his attempt to take possession, then trying to bat it away to safety. Willison chases through and originally overruns it with the ball going between his legs, but he has enough time to turn around and ground the ball. Reece Walsh converts the try from 10m to the left of the posts. Broncos 24-0.

19 min: The Dolphins gets some time on the Broncos line on the back of a set restart, escort penalty and another set restart, but a shift down the left ends up in a forward pass from Kodi Nikorima. They give away a penalty a few plays later to allow the Broncos back into attacking territory.

15 min: It's all turning to gold for Billy Walters in Game 100. From his own 20m line, the Broncos hooker takes advantage of a quick play-the-ball and darts out, palms his way past some flimsy Dolphins defence to break the line and all he has to do is draw and pass to Deine Mariner in support, who scores 10 to the left of the uprights. Reece Walsh nails the conversion once again. Broncos 18-0.

11 min: Selwyn Cobbo crosses the line for the Dolphins. The try is awarded but replays show the winger's left leg went into touch under the attention of Grant Anderson and Reece Walsh. It came after Walsh saved a try when he intercepted and knocked down a pass from a runaway Connelly Lemuelu which would have had Tom Flegler in under the posts if not for Walsh's intervention.

8 min: Ezra Mam has double in the space of a few minutes! Billy Walters is involved again, distributing to the five-eighth, who spots Tom Flegler moving a tad slowly in defence, bumps off two tacklers and slams the ball down with his left hand. Reece Walsh converts from adjacent the posts. Broncos 12-0.

6 min: The Broncos will go on the attack again after Jamayne Isaako's restart soars over the dead ball line.

5 min: The Broncos get the part started in front of a packed 'away' crowd. Reece Walsh screams from the right to the left of the ruck and Billy Walter hears the call, finding his fullback who has Jack Bostock all at sea, leaving a huge hole and he pops a pass for Ezra Mam to get on the score sheet. Walsh has the kicking tee to start us off and slots in from four metres in from touch. Broncos 6-0. 

3 min: Welcome back to the No.9 Billy Walters! He jumps out of dummy half and launches a kick downfield inside his own 40, which bounces a metre in from touch and rolls inside 20m for a 40/20.

2 min: The Broncos middles aimed up for an excellent opening set before the Dolphins backs returned it in a solid start from both teams.

Kickoff: We're underway on a perfect evening at Suncorp Stadium in the Battle for Brisbane.

Dolphins: No further changes on game day after one change to the bench in the 24-hour update with Brian Pouniu elevated with Sebastian Su'a dropping out. Earlier, centre Jake Averillo was again listed among the reserves as he chases his first appearance since Round 19 having recovered from a rib injury. Winger Jamayne Isaako has scored nine tries in his last seven games at Suncorp Stadium.

Broncos: One change to the six-man bench 90 minutes before kick-off, with Blake Mozer coming into the 19 and Hayze Perham dropping out. A new-look spine for Michael Maguire with Billy Walters back in the starting side at hooker at the expense of Cory Paix while Thomas Duffy takes over at halfback from Adam Reynolds (concussion). Xavier Willison has been named to play despite suffering a laceration to his leg in last week's loss to the Knights. He will line up at prop, with Va'a Semu dropping to the bench.

Storm v Sea Eagles at HBF Park, Perth

Finals slipping away: The Sea Eagles' loss is a dagger to their top-eight hopes and they will be sweating on South Sydney's clash with Parramatta later tonight. If the Rabbitohs get the money then the Sea Eagles will be stranded four points outside the eight with games against the Dolphins, Knights, Dragons and Warriors to come.

Full-time: A stunning second half from the Storm as they inflict a fifth straight loss on the Sea Eagles. The return of Cameron Munster was pivotal for the Storm as they threw a massive spanner in the works for their old rivals.

78 min: A consolation try for Manly as Joey Walsh throws a nice long ball to the winger who cuts back inside the cover defence to dot down. Jamal Fogarty nails the conversion from touch. Storm 42-20

76 min: Trent Toelau hits Jake Simpkin after he had slipped a pass. A melee follows and Manly get the penalty.

73 min: Hayden Watson puts in a pinpoint crossfield kick, Siulagi Tuimalatu-Brown outleaps Blake Wilson and crosses for the Storm's sixth try. The Storm have now piled on 42 points unanswered. Storm 42-14

68 min: The Storm have another one as Sua Faalogo finds Moses Leo who slices his way past the cover defence to score wide out. Nick Meaney makes it seven from seven with the boot. Storm 36-14

67 min: Tolu Koula rushes up on Sua Faalogo but catches the Storm fullback high. Storm penalty.

65 min: Nick Meaney bangs over the penalty goal from the Olakau'atu infringement and the Storm are out by 16. Storm 30-14

63 min: A penalty against Haumole Olakau'atu for late contact on Cameron Munster after he had put a kick in.

59 min: The Storm are running riot now with a great catch-and-pass from Joe Chan putting Moses Leo into space. The winger makes good metres and then sends it back inside for Sua Faalogo to sprint away and score. Nick Meaney adds the extras. Storm 28-14

57 min: Sua Faalogo again dazzles the defensive line before offloading for Oryn Keeley who brushes through some feeble defence from Tolu Koula and Joey Walsh to score. Nick Meaney converts. Storm 22-14

53 min: Tolu Koula zeroes in on Cam Munster and gets a shot on his ribs but the Storm man rides the bump and gets a kick away. Koula is ruled to have broken the line early and is penalised for offside. Nick Meaney bangs over the penalty goal. Storm 16-14

52 min: Nathan Brown can't control a pass and the Storm are inside the red zone where Reuben Garrick fails to tidy up a Sua Faalogo grubber and the Storm reload.

50 min: A golden opportunity for Manly to retake the lead after an error by Sua Faalogo 20m out from his own line but Lehi Hopoate's pass floats high and out into touch over Jason Saab's head.

45 min: Angus Hinchey comes up with an error to hand the ball straight back to Manly but the bunker rules high contact on Hinchey by Corey Waddell. Penalty to the Storm. Nick Meaney bangs over the goal. 14-14

44 min: The sun is now shining in Perth as both sides trade sets before Jamal Fogarty comes up with an error to invite the Storm into good field position.

The Big O: Haumole Olakau'atu made a devastating start to the game with two barnstorming runs to get Manly on the front foot. He finished with 99 metres from eight runs and seven tackle breaks as he proved a handful on the right edge.

Half-time: Despite completing at just 65 per cent the Storm dug deep to fight back from 14-0 down through tries to Tyran Wishart and Hayden Watson.

39 min: A magic moment for Hayden Watson as he steps on the gas and leaves Corey Waddell clutching at thin air before also beating Jake Simpkin to score his first NRL try. Nick Meaney converts. Sea Eagles 14-12

38 min: Sua Faalogo is sent for a HIA after copping an accidental knee to the head in a tackle. The Storm No.1 passes and is able to return.

37 min: A forward pass out of dummy half by Joey Walsh to Jason Saab has Manly under the pump.

35 min: The Storm strike back after Shawn Blore gets a good offload away for Sua Faalogo who chips over the top and Tyran Wishart chases through to score. Nick Meaney converts. Sea Eagles 14-6

31 min: Another incomplete set by the Storm who have now racked up eight errors but again they hang on at the end of the set as Siulagi Tuimalatu-Brown makes an easy catch in the in-goal.

30 min: More pressure on the Storm but Moses Leo saves the day with a spectacular bomb catch up against Jason Saab. 

26 min: A stunning take by Lehi Hopoate as he climbs above the pack to bring down a bomb but he is unable to get the ball to ground for a try. The bunker rules Shawn Blore had tackled Hopoate in the air and the Sea Eagles receive a penalty. Jamal Fogarty bangs over the penalty goal. Sea Eagles 14-0

25 min: Taniela Paseka hobbles off with a leg injury after he was twisted awkwardly in tackle.

22 min: After a Storm forward pass invited them into great position again the Sea Eagles capitalise through Tolu Koula after Lehi Hopoate had juggled a pass but then regained control and sent it on to Koula who strolled over untouched. Jamal Fogarty converts. Sea Eagles 12-0

21 min: The Sea Eagles squander the opportunity with Brandon Wakeham's pass a little high for Jamal Fogarty who spills it.

19 min: Moses Leo comes up with an error inside his own red zone and the Storm are under huge pressure.

18 min: Haumole Olakau'atu grubbers on last play, the ball rebounds to him and he beats a couple of defenders before being dragged down 5m out. The Sea Eagles lodge a captain's challenge alleging Cameron Munster had played at the ball and they should have got six more tackles but the challenge was unsuccessful.

16 min: Corey Waddell is tackled on the last as Manly fail to get a kick away and turn the ball over 20m out from the Storm line.

14 min: The Sea Eagles create space on the left and Blake Wilson is taken late by Siulagi Tuimalatu-Brown who is placed on report and sent to the sin bin for putting Wilson in a dangerous position. Wilson leaves the field for a HIA which he passes.

12 min: Cameron Munster grubbers into the in-goal and Lehi Hopoate cleans up. Manly go short with the line dropout and Jason Saab comes up with the ball but is bundled into touch.

10 min: Simione Laiafi comes up with a cold drop and the Storm take over 40m out from the Manly line.

8 min: The Storm make a meal of things on the last tackle as Hayden Watson gets a high pass he can't control and the loose ball is cleaned up by Jake Trbojevic.

6 min: Reuben Garrick allows the kick-off to bounce and it rolls into touch to hand the Storm a scrum feed.

4 min: Moses Leo climbs high to defuse a bomb but the ball spills free to Sua Faalogo who loses control. Brandon Wakeham pounces on the loose ball to score the opening try in his first game back after five weeks out. Jamal Fogarty converts. Sea Eagles 6-0

4 min: Haumole Olakau'atu storms through Josh King and Stefano Utoikamanu and is held up over the line.

2 min: A stunning start by Haumole Olakau'atu as makes 40 metres before Manly finish the set with a grubber into the in-goal by Reuben Garrick. Storm dropout.

Late Mail

Storm: Shawn Blore has been elevated to the starting side 90 minutes before kick-off with Cooper Clarke sliding to the bench. Jack Howarth's return from a shoulder injury has been delayed and he dropped out on Friday, replaced in the starting side by Joe Chan. After initial fears he could miss the rest of the season after surgery to repair knee cartilage damage, five-eighth Cameron Munster is back after four games on the sideline. 

Sea Eagles: Prop Ethan Bullemor suffered a head knock in training and will follow NRL concussion protocol. He will miss this week's game and also the Round 24 clash against the Dolphins. Simione Laiafi moves into the starting side with Jackson Shereb elevated to the extended interchange. Hooker Brandon Wakeham (calf) and back-rower Corey Waddell (ankle) are good to go.
