Queensland's most promising schoolboys and schoolgirls players will be on show on Thursday with the staging of the Schools State Finals.
The Queensland state finals will take place this Thursday, September 3, at Totally Workwear Stadium.
Last year, the winners of both the schoolboys (Keebra Park) and schoolgirls (Marsden) state finals went on to claim national honours for Queensland by defeating their NSW rivals.
The winning teams on Thursday will again play for national honours and face the New South Wales winners in the National Final on Wednesday, September 16.
This year, the Queensland Schoolboys Cup (Phil Hall Cup) will feature Wavell State High School taking on St Brendan's College.
In the Queensland Schoolgirls final, Keebra Park State High School will Trinity Bay State High School for the crown.
All the games will be streamed on 9NOW and KommunityTV.
