The pathway to the top in women's rugby league has never been clearer with the goal of receiving a Jillaroos or other international jersey regarded as the pinnacle.
Many young girls begin their journey in under age local competitions before moving through to state competitions and catching the eye of NRLW clubs and Origin coaches.
For others, they may skip several steps or be identified another way.
