Past Player Health Screening
Life after football is an exciting but also daunting experience for those that have dedicated a large part of their lives to playing Rugby League.
This is why the ARLC has invested in initiatives dedicated to supporting past players, ensuring they are able to thrive after transitioning out of the game.
The Past Player Health Screening and Referral Service offers eligible participants a comprehensive health assessment designed to provide a clear, detailed understanding of their current health status. This proactive service helps former players identify potential health concerns and access appropriate support and referral pathways to maintain their long‑term wellbeing.
Purpose
To provide past players with meaningful insights into their current health, empowering them to make informed decisions and enjoy life after football to the fullest
Eligibility
Elite level retired rugby league players who have played one or more games in:
- NRL (or equivalent competitions)
- NRLW
- Australian Kangaroos
- Australian Jillaroos
How to Register?
To register, simply complete the online registration form.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Your contact information
- Playing history
- Details of your nominated support person
- Your General Practitioner (GP) contact details
