One of the tallest players in the game who stands 200cm tall, Willett has been elevated into the club’s top 30 in 2026, moving from a train and trial contract the previous season.
A winger and Taree Panthers junior, Willett joined the club in 2025 from Wests Tigers after relocating to Sydney from the Mid North Coast.
In an injury-affected season in his first year at Manly ‘Nav’ crossed for 13 tries from 13 games in the NSW Cup including a hat-trick against the Knights in Round 23.
