Tough as teak, the versatile forward joined the Sharks in 2022 after missing the previous season with an ACL injury. Since his NRL debut for the Rabbitohs in 2014, followed by a stint at the Dragons, the lock/hooker has tallied over 170 first-grade games. Known for his team-first mentality and wholehearted playing style, McInnes broke the NRL record with 81 tackles against the Panthers in round 22, 2023.
