Jock Madden is a well composed and smart half-back with a strong kicking game and a great work ethic.
Born in the Hunter Region, Madden played his junior football for the Scone Thoroughbreds before progressing through the Knights’ pathways system.
A former Australian Schoolboy and NSW junior representative, Madden made his NRL debut for Wests Tigers in 2021.
Following 17 appearances for the Tigers in 2021-22, Madden then played 32 matches for the Brisbane Broncos in 2023-24.
He returned to the Tigers in 2026 on a two-year-deal to provide more depth in the halves.
One of his highlights in 2026 was his match winning field goal in the 25-24 victory over the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium in round 25.
