Starford is a versatile outside back who joined Wests Tigers on a two-year deal in 2022, adding a further year to his contract midway through last season. To’a represented the Australian Schoolboys and Junior Kiwis before making his first NRL appearance, where he scored a try on debut against the Penrith Panthers. The Auckland-born livewire scored 11 tries in his 20 appearances for the Newcastle Knights and played all but three games for Wests Tigers in his first season at the club.
