Mapusua made her NRLW debut for the Roosters in February of last year before going back to Queensland where she scored five tries in four games for the North Devils in the QRL Women’s Premiership.
An electric outside back, injuries prevented Mapusua – who spent some time in the Broncos NRLW set-up – from debuting earlier but the 25-year-old makes the move to the Red V with eyes on a regular spot in Jamie Soward’s 17.
A Sāmoan international, Mapusua has scored 12 tries from 12 QRL Women’s Premiership outings and will be eager to bring her try-scoring form to the Dragons for the upcoming NRLW season.
