This year, we're proud to feature Thomas Busbridge, a proud young Indigenous leader whose journey through the NRL School to Work program is a powerful example of resilience, growth and the impact of community.

nection to culture, and create a pathway towards a brighter future. Through the School to Work program, he has developed the skills and self-belief to pursue his goals while inspiring other young people to do the same.

Through his determination, leadership, and commitment to giving back, Thomas represents the values Rugby League stands for - connection, respect and opportunity. His story is proof that when young people are empowered with the right support, they can overcome challenges, create meaningful change, and inspire the next generation.
