About Us

Community Overview
The NRL's community programs uses the power of Rugby League to lead and inspire people to be the best they can be, whether they are young, male or female or from Indigenous or multicultural backgrounds.
Each year, the NRL delivers extensive programs designed to create positive social change across three key focus areas; health and wellbeing; respect, responsibility; and inclusion.
Programs including In League In Harmony, State of Mind, Voice Against Violence and School to Work continue to address important societal issues from mental health and domestic violence, to education and overall wellbeing.
The NRL has strategically partnered with leading experts in order to deliver best-in-class programs that leave a tangible impact across communities. Such partners include headspace, the Black Dog Institute, White Ribbon, Recognise and the Australian Human Rights Commission.
Through our community programs, Rugby League harnesses the Game's popularity to make a difference in people's lives across Australia and New Zealand.
In 2019, the NRL undertook its third Social Impact Report – outlining the work we do and measuring the impact we have throughout our communities.
