Jamie Soward is over hearing about team's cheating the NRL's salary cap.

The Cronulla Sharks are under investigation by the game's integrity unit for alleged cap breaches in 2015.

The 2010 Telstra Premiership winner says the NRL should cap third party payments at $1 million per club, and the payments should be made public.

On this week's edition of the NRL Podcast, Soward, Zac Bailey and Katie Brown discussed the impact the alleged salary cap breaches would have on Sharks players.

They also spoke about the struggling St George Illawarra Dragons, identified their most valuable players across the league in 2018 and gave their tips for round 25.
