Tino Fa'asuamaleaui is leading the Titans' charge towards the finals after a bumper VB Hard Earned performance in last weekend's victory over the Cowboys.

The 21-year-old lock accumulated a VB index score of 97 - the highest of round 20 ahead of Wests Tigers forward Luciano Leilua (89).

Fa'asuamaleaui tallied 19 carries - making eight or more metres 15 times - as well as four tackle busts and 26 tackles with no misses.

It wasn't just the crash-and-bash aspects in which he excelled in the 36-14 win. He also produced 10 decoy runs and four supports.

Leilua, meanwhile, was a constant menace to Canterbury's defence as the Tigers posted a 28-16 triumph. The skilful second-rower contributed a try, 16 runs, four offloads and a huge nine tackle busts.

Elsewhere, Rabbitohs winger Josh Mansour enjoyed a night out against the Eels, scoring twice in his team's 40-12 demolition.

The veteran more than doubled the average score for his position (36.9) as he racked up a baseline-boosting score of 83.

Mansour took 22 carries, busted nine tackles and slipped three offloads to complement his finishing finesse.

On the overall leaderboard, Eels back-rower Isaiah Papali'i remains in the top spot with Panthers prop James Fisher-Harris - who hasn't played for the past two rounds - still in second position.

Tigers forward Alex Twal, Sea Eagles bookend Marty Taupau, Knights back-rower Mitch Barnett and Sharks big man Toby Rudolf are next.
