Josh Rogers was born in Perth and began playing rugby league at just five years old for his junior club, the North Beach Sea Eagles.
He later moved east and joined Broncos affiliate club the Burleigh Bears in 2018, where he has since amassed around 100 appearances playing in the halves.
Rogers’ consistent form for Burleigh earned him an NRL debut for the Broncos in 2023, going on to feature in seven games across two seasons.
In 2025, he added another impressive campaign for the Bears, playing 21 games and producing nine tries, 14 try assists and 20 offloads.
A two-time Five-Eighth of the Year, Rogers played a pivotal role in Burleigh’s 2025 Queensland Cup triumph, earning Player of the Match honours in their 14-point win over the Norths Devils.
