A Kingsgrove Colts junior, Sele returns to the Red V for 2024 after having departed the club at the end of the 2018 season.
He spent a year with the Panthers before a four-season stay at the Rabbitohs where he made 49 appearances and was rewarded with a maiden international call-up for Tonga at the end of last year.
Sele was a standout coming through the grades at St George, earning an Australian Schoolboys and junior Origin nod before making the leap up to the NRL in Round 6, 2017 against the Sea Eagles.
The 27-year-old agreed to a three-year deal to return to the club he made his top flight debut for almost seven years ago.
