Jesse Southwell joined the Brisbane Broncos ahead of the 2026 NRLW season as one of the competition’s premier playmakers.
Hailing from the New South Wales Central Coast, Southwell burst onto the NRLW scene as a teenager with the Newcastle Knights, and quickly established herself as a game-changing halfback.
She helped guide the Knights to premiership success while earning a host of individual accolades and representative honours, representing both New South Wales and Australia.
Joining the Broncos on a two-year deal, Southwell brings premiership experience and elite playmaking ability to a squad striving for continued success.
