Raised in Toowoomba, Jada Ferguson excelled across a range of sports growing up, including swimming, netball, touch football, rugby sevens and rugby league.
After finishing school, Ferguson was encouraged by former Broncos player Tarryn Aiken to join the Tweed Seagulls while studying at Griffith University.
Ferguson signed with the Broncos in 2021 and has enjoyed a rapid rise through the representative pathways, progressing from Queensland Under 19 honours to a State of Origin debut for Queensland in 2025.
Known for her work ethic, Ferguson has become an important member of the Broncos squad while continuing to develop her game at the highest level.
Away from the field, Ferguson completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, balancing her academic achievements with the demands of elite sport.
