Pacific Players Leadership Camp

The specific objectives of the Pacific Players Leadership Camp are:

  • Players will become leaders and mentors to other Pasifika NRL and NYC players. They will be better prepared to help younger players understand the existing values and culture of the Club, and the whole of Game, whilst retaining and embracing their own.
  • Players will promote within their club the importance of having a life balance through community engagement and personal development.
  • Players will become active participants in helping develop to improve NRL Clubs existing culture and systems through raising awareness of the importance of cross – cultural issues.
