Cowboys: In a late change for the home side, Enari Tuala has been omitted with Gideon Gela-Mosby to start in the centres. Corey Jensen replaces Shaun Fensom (concussion) on the interchange bench. Tuala and Ethan Lowe were the two players left out an hour before game time. Francis Molo and Lachlan Coote were the two players left out 24 hours out from kick-off.

Broncos: In late moves by the Broncos, Patrick Mago will start at prop with Matt Lodge dropping back to the bench. Tevita Pangai jnr has passed a fitness test and will start the match on the interchange bench. Captain Darius Boyd returns to fullback, with Jamayne Isaako moving to the wing. Gehamat Shibasaki debuts at centre. David Fifita starts in the second row. Joe Ofahengaue starts at lock for the suspended Josh McGuire. After George Fai and Troy Dargan were omitted 24 hours out from game time, Jordan Kahu and Sam Tagataese were left out an hour before the match.

Warriors: The Warriors have enjoyed a smooth preparation after last week's road win over the Dragons and will take the field as named on Tuesday. Peta Hiku replaces suspended Sam Lisone, Adam Blair swaps to back-row with Simon Mannering to lock. Anthony Gelling and Tevita Satae were cut from the reserves on Thursday, while Joseph Vuna and Karl Lawton were the last players omitted an hour prior to kick-off.

Knights: Newcastle have no late concerns and will line up 1-17. Young prop Pasami Saulo debuts on the bench with Herman Ese'ese starting and Josh King out. Injured pair Mitchell Pearce (quad) and Kalyn Ponga (ankle) have both been cleared to play. Josh King and Brock Lamb were dropped 24 hours out from game time, while Nick Meaney and Luke Yates were omitted an hour before kick-off.

Titans: Kane Elgey is finally back in first grade, promoted from the reserves to a starting five-eighth role. AJ Brimson shifts to fullback, with Michael Gordon out of the side.Brenko Lee is also out, replaced in the centres by Brendan Elliot. Keegan Hipgrave returns in the second row, pushing Will Matthews to the bench. Jai Whitbread was dropped an hour before kick-off.

Panthers: Reagan Campbell-Gillard is back in the starting line-up, but on the downside the Panthers have lost James Tamou. Moses Leota will start at prop alongside RCG, with Jack Hetherington on the bench. Kaide Ellis and Christian Crichton were the last players cut an hour before kick-off.

Eels: In a late change to the starting side, Kane Evans (No.15) will start at prop, with David Gower dropping back to the bench. Bevan French and Oregon Kaufusi were the two players dropped from the squad an hour before game time. Despite a rare win last week, Eels coach Brad Arthur has implemented a major reshuffle. Rookie Jaeman Salmon starts at five-eighth with Corey Norman taking over at fullback, moving Clint Gutherson to centre, Jarryd Hayne to wing and Bevan French out with Will Smith returning on the bench. Tim Mannah was replaced on Friday by David Gower. Ray Stone was also cut 24 hours before kick-off.

Dragons: In a pair of late changes, Leeson Ah Mau moves back to the bench, with Luciano Leilua to start in the back row. Tyson Frizell moves from second row to prop. Jason Nightingale is out, replaced on the wing by Nene Macdonald. Blake Lawrie has been called up to the bench. After Nightingale and Hame Sele waere cut 24 hours out from kick-off, Jacob Host and Zac Lomax were left out an hour before game time.
